packs not showing
I've had a few packs for a couple years (city living, cottage living, cats & dogs, my first pet). I haven't been playing the past couple weeks and I opened the game only to find that my packs have completely disappeared- when I tried to load my game it says required.. and they're also aren't showing up in the purchase history, despite the fact that I did purchase them. I updated the game, repaired it a few times, and cleared cache in the EA app , but they're still not showing up. I really hope I can get the stuff back, because I paid money for it.
