Residential tattoo shop is lagging, dxdiag attached

Hi. I play with the sims and all my mods on an external hard drive; I have the coolspears and turbo mods for lagging and for some reason I'm still having issues. I set the game on high priority, but when I'm playing my tattoo shop at my residential home, the customers just stand around including my staff (i tend to use mccc to force them to tattoo). Even doing that it takes them forever to finish, I find myself having to click manage households or go into build mode for a second, for the game to catch up what needs to be done (finishing the tattoo, finish cooking, etc).

I just want to know if there is anything else additional i could do to help my game run a tad bit faster, do I just need to play vanilla? :(

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!! :)

So what I would suggest is testing with no mods or cc, and if that alone doesn't help, with no mods or cc AND immediately after restarting your computer, with nothing else running.  Putting the EA App in offline mode may help too.  That would cut off your access to the Gallery but not affect the game otherwise.

I'm not saying you can't play, or even that you can't play with mods, only that it may take some testing to find a way to make the game run better.  I don't know that the problem is the tattoo shop so much as the number of sims on the lot, all of which require resources to simulate.
