Packs owned but not able to install
I log into sims and all my packs are gone they all say owned but not installed, when i go into EA or steam they aren't there either i know im on the right account and i know i own them, they just aren't there I've contacted EA multiple times and they are unhelpful or transfer me and i never actually get transferred to get help. i just want to play could someone please help with this.
