mimoi1234 Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while, and I guess no one else picked up your thread. If you still need help, please temporarily disable your antivirus, and clear the EA App's cache and repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).

As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and you can reenable the antivirus once you've tested Sims 4.
