Rjmontez You can choose 40-series (notebooks) and 4060, but it doesn't matter, all newer drivers are compatible with all Nvidia GPUs going back almost a decade.
When I first posted the recommendation, the driver from mid-March was still available, but because Nvidia has released a couple of updates since then, that driver has been pushed off the list. That's fine though. Try driver 576.88 instead, and if that doesn't work, 577.00.

Just wanted to give a quick update: I’ve been playing the game over the past couple of days and left it running during longer sessions to thoroughly test it out. Unfortunately, I’m still facing performance issues.
The game continues to run slowly, both with and without mods/CC. Even in Build Mode on smaller lots, there’s noticeable lag and delay when placing or moving objects.
The Gallery is also still very slow to load. Searching for lots is a challenge since the pages either take ages to load or don’t load at all, making it hard to browse or place new content.
For reference, I did use the 577.00 NVIDIA driver as recommended.
Let me know if you’d like a new DxDiag or additional info from Reliability Monitor based on these recent sessions.
