Please Help Sims 4 Keeps Freezing on Load Screen

Hi everyone, 

I've  been trying to launch my Sims 4 game and the music will play but it will freeze on the initial load screen, then if I exit out of the game and go back in it will load to the game's main home screen but freeze again and not let me do anything. I've been trying everything to fix it: repairing the game on the EA app, updating the game, the app, and my computer, deleting cache files, removing my mods folder, and even removing my saves folder but nothing has helped.
