Please help
I have repaired my game multiple times i do not play with Mods. The game keeps freezing on the sims unable to switch players or select anything this has happened in multiple of my saves.

dmd0025425 Have you downloaded any lots or sims from the Gallery? If so, please test a new save with no Gallery content either, just new sims living on one of the game's default lots.
If the same problem happens there, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to the desktop. From there, you can attach it to a post using the camera (Insert Media) icon with the other formatting options.
No Gallery at all I play mostly offline. It just regular game play it only started since lovestruck.
