Hi all,
I just bought buisnesses and hobbies on PC, at CDKeys. I got my code, redeemed it at the EA app.
When i redeemed the code it gave confirmation about my personal information and i clicked 'download'.
But it didnt download!!! Now its lost or smt, i cant find my purchase and ofc i already redeemed my code so i cant try again!! Please help, i think my money is just gone now :( .....

If you're running into any issues with a pack purchased from a third-party retailer, you'll need to contact the retailer directly for a replacement code or refund.

hey this happened to me too a while ago and i had to stop buying from CD Keys cause the game would update and delete them :( EA wont be able to help since you didnt buy there. i just usually wait till everything on EA goes on sale.
