Purchased and downloaded Adventure Awaits, and not working

I purchased Adventure Awaits as a preorder, downloaded it after it came out and now I can't use it. I have restarted computer and game multiple times. It shows the world as not available because I do...

kritrk26​  To be clear, you don't see any related content in the game?  If you do, let me know.

Otherwise, please run a search for the folder for Adventure Awaits.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP20 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
