Purchased and downloaded game packs not showing up in game. Please help

I purchased Lovestruck and werewolves they are both downloaded and in the sims 4 file, but in the game its saying I don't have it. When I click on that link it will take me to a page that says I DO own it. 

I have tired everything I could find on the EA forums on how to solve this and NONE of it is working. 

Things I have done:

Repaired files

Reinstalled the Expansion pack and Game pack

Reinstalled the Game itself 

Cleared sims 4 cache

Cleared the EA app cache

Restarted my PC 

Restarted the app

Confirmed that the E16 file (for love struck) was in my sims 4 files

 Deleted the E16 files then downloaded it again, and after that did another repair 

I have done so many repairs, reinstalls, restarts. I feel at this point I can confirm its not working. 

Im at a complete loss. I checked my bank account and yes I did in fact purchase the expansion and game pack. I still can't play it. 

Please someone help if possible
