Purchased newest Kits did not receive them

I purchased the newest kits that came out this week and the purchase went through but did not show up. I thought I had accidently closed out of the window too soon, so I repurchased the kits. The same thing happened, So I went to my Order History and found I had actually purchased them twice and did not receive any of them. How do I get the second purchase refunded and get the kits delivered via download?

    If you're seeing a duplicate charge on your EA account, you'll want to reach out to the live support team so they can look over your billing details and process a refund for you- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account info to take a look.

  • Finally found a place to open a support ticket. Really had to dig in the EA help website. Eventually, under "help installing a game" I found a place to email them and open a support ticket. https://help.ea.com/en/help-email/?product=the-sims-4&topicName=installation-issues

  • Happened to me too. Seems like they have a refund request form as the only way to request a refund but it says I dont have any purchases that qualify for a refund and wont even let me submit a form. https://help.ea.com/en/refund/
