Also, @notsosmallfry remembers having changed their username and email just before the Gallery stopped working, have any of you done something similar?

I'm using Windows 10 Pro and I'm in the US. The first time this happened I hadn't changed anything. If you want details, I clicked on a lot that I saved to my library and I clicked on a hashtag that was in the description. All it did was load for a long time, so I gave up on waiting for it to load and when I clicked the "Community" tab the message came up for the first time. It hasn't worked at all since then. Hopefully this gets figured out soon!

I had recently updated Origin when it told me to do so (I don't remember when the last update was), but that shouldn't be the problem as I've since uninstalled/reinstalled Origin. What's even more puzzling is that I know I'm signed into Origin while it's giving me this message. We're not having an other internet issues at home, so I don't believe it's a connectivity problem.
Edited to add the info you asked for: I'm using Windows 10 Home, and I'm from the US.
Another thing that I thought of is that I bought a physical copy of the game. One of my friends that plays the game had bought a digital edition and is not having the problem. I know correlation does not equal causation, but it might be something to think about as we're searching for solutions.

Right before it stopped working, I changed my EA username and email, but after it started acting up I changed my email back to the old one I had before. I'm playing on Windows 10, and on a fairly new computer. I'm also in the US.
I almost think changing my email could've done something, but I could be totally wrong.
Same here, i bought a physical copy of the game.

I'm also having this issue. I noticed it about two days ago. No change with my email account. US - Windows 10 Home V1703. I also own a physical copy.
🤭 Okay this worked for me. Signed out of Origin completely. Restarted computer (may not need to, I do so out of habit). Signed back in and started The Sims 4 from Origin and not the shortcut on the desktop. Communities are showing and connected. Quit the game and checked to make sure desktop shortcut also working. All works for me now, best of luck folks! 😉
@Csdream02 I followed your instructions and it worked. I'm back in the gallery now. I'm not sure WHY it worked, as I had logged in and out and restarted so many times already, but it did. Huzzah!

Oh wow, @Csdream02 you're a lifesaver!! 🥳 It's working now, which is weird because I tried to solve this problem by logging out and back in before. It must've been because I opened it from Origin first this time. Has this worked for anyone else?

My team has been trying to track down why only certain users were affected by this issue.
If any of you would be willing to provide some additional details, it would be greatly appreciated.
- How did you acquire The Sims 4?
- Was it a digital download purchase through the Origin client? Origin.com? Thesims.com? A different website? Or was it a retail box copy?
- Did you have to enter a code to redeem the game?
- If so, where did you enter the code? (Please provide specific details if possible.)
- Did you have an online connection when redeeming the code?
- How did you acquire The Sims 4?
I bought a physical copy at my local Wal-Mart. I had the game already installed on my computer - as I had played the free trial through Origins. I put the code into the Origins loader, and I was connected through the internet. I hope I'm being clear enough about this, if you need further clarification, let me know.

Did you enter the code through the Origin client by selecting "Redeem Product Code"? Was it was this UI?EDIT: Never mind, we think we figured it out. Thanks again!
