Recovering Kits from Steam to EA

Question

I recently deleted my Steam account because I was having issues with my few kits showing up in my games. Multiple help requests didn't seem to help so I decided to delete Steam and have everything on the EA app. The problem is the app says the two kits are still managed by Steam. Steam says they are deleting my account as requested and that will delete the kits. I want to purchase them again on the app.

How can I do that if the app won't recognize I no longer have a Steam account? I know it's only two kits, but I have always owned every Sims 4 expansion pack, stuff pack, game pack and kits. I also purchase from the Marketplace. I'm one of those, I guess.

Please help!

It sounds like you've had your Steam account deleted, so the packs purchased through Steam would be available for purchase through the EA App, where you want all your packs to be managed. But after deleting the account, the app still recognizes your ownership via Steam.&nbsp;
In that case, please try unlinking the Steam and EA accounts before clearing the EA App's cache and see if you're able to purchase the packs then. Otherwise, it might be worth&nbsp;connecting with our live support team to have them take a look at your account to see what might be going on. Let us know how it goes, thanks!&nbsp;
