Hello EA Team,
I have the same problem like other people who voiced it on this forum: I redeemed a code for the crown & legacy bundle, but it doesn't show the two kits and the digital content "regal treasures". I know you tell people to contact the thirt party retailer, which I have and they said it was a problem on EA's end and that you are informed about it. However when redeeming the code it cleary states as shown in the pictures I attached to this that the redeemed code is for "Königliche Kostbarkeiten" which is the name of the digital content and not the expansion pack which is called "Krone & Vermächtnis" in german. I think that shows that it is an EA problem indeed. I hope you can look into it as it seems like more people are affected by it.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've contacted both EA and the seller (G2A) . G2A assured me the code was correct (which it is) and the problem is known to EA. EA's helpdesk referred me to this forum. I'd like to have access to the full bundle.

Having this issue too, spoke to an EA Agent who ended the chat with no outcome. Spent $60, what am I supposed to do?
