Sims 4 Corrupt By Sims 2 Install?

Hello, today i have tried to play the sims 2 as I had just purchased it only a few days ago. Unfortunately, when I was wanting to switch to playing The Sims 4, and now it is saying my files are corrupt and to repair it. I have repaired it numerous times and have chatted with an agent, in which everything he did couldnt help me...

I am distraught, al the money i have invested and time and I LOVE this game just for it to be lost due to downloading and playing the Sims 2...
