Sims 4 keeps crashing, white screen then back to EA app

I have tried to repair the game and uninstall. I restarted my computer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app. I have deleted all files completely from my computer. No mods or anything. I have tried to move the "sims 4" files from document to the desktop and started the game. Still the same thing keeps happening. I have tried doin the Steam and EA app opening as well. The Sims 4 just will not work. Please help!
