Sims 4 NEW UPDATE, NOT SHOWING!
My Game did not receive the new big sims 25th anniversary,
I have tried repairing my game, restarting the ea app, cleared the local cache, please help!!

Tamana22 Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete the content folder. Load the game, and if the SDX download doesn't start on its own, open Options > Game Options > Sims Delivery and click the button to check for updates. Either way, give it a few minutes to download, then quit and reload to see whether the content appears.
Keep in mind that the items don't necessarily show as new, so you may have to search for them manually.
