Sims 4 not Opening

Hello! I’m new to this but, I see a consistent problem here. I have also tried multiple and countless things to launch and fix my game. I’ve tried every piece of advice and get nowhere. I feel like others feel the same way. What I am not hearing is from EA, The Sims, or Maxis themselves giving us hope about a fix for this on their end. I’m quite sure they see everyone’s concerns. This has been my comfort game for so long and the fact that it has gotten to this overly stressful point is really heart breaking. The money consumers spent to put into this and this is what is given in return is honestly sad to see.

    AlyssaGolden20​  If you'd like help troubleshooting the game, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

    If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
