Sims 4 packs aren’t showing up in game

I have recently made a discussion about this , however the advice given didn’t work and I am still experiencing problems . The game says that I own the packs but the packs aren’t appearing in game . I have cleared the cache , checked if everything is in the right files and uninstalled and reinstalled both the sims4 and EA . Can I please get a response as quickly as possible as the game has been like this for around three days now . Thank you .
