so i downloaded the EA app and sims 4 isnt working. every time i restarted the app it didnt work. please fix it soon.

hearteyes4angel What happens when you try to play? If you still need help, please describe your issue. And if the game is starting to load but crashing before the Main Menu, please remove your saves, as suggested above, and try again. There's a known issue with certain saves at the moment.
