notrachelmartin When you say you started a new folder, do you mean you removed or renamed the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? Did you add anything to the new folder before testing again? If you didn't test with a clean folder (nothing added back at all), please do so now. If you tried to test with a clean folder but somehow your content came back anyway, let me know.
If you did test in a clean folder and it didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
