Sims not leaving school/work early when leaving lot

This new update in my opinion has made my gameplay so hard. I have never really experienced any bug related issues when playing my game, but this most recent update seriously needs some attention ASAP. I have noticed that I can't put my dishes in the sink and a lot of people already are having this same issue. But another very annoying and frustrating bug I have noticed is that some of sims will not attend school/work and there is so no way for me to send them on my own because there is no option to do that. I have also noticed that if my sims go on a date or leave the lot while other sims are at work/school it will send them home which is very frustrating because I feel as though it is affecting their work/school performance. I am begging that this be patched hopefully before the new pack releases.
