Sims says home but can't play

Anyone else having this issue!?!? I have to force move my sims no big deal, we'll the house i forced moved them into i now have to redue because it randomly goes from them being to greed out saying there home but im looking at it like where is everyone it just gets stuck on the care for self its so frustrating.  I have tried adding people to house hold from right shift click but im out of idea I also tried to repair delete thumbcatch too I hope ea fixes there bug issue with this because I have to restart my whole set up again
