c6d89b6d9945452d To be clear, you've tested each of your sims on a separate lot, with no mods or custom content present, and all of them are still affected? And you've tested on default EA-made lots?
If all that is the case, try emptying the sims' inventories.
If that doesn't help either, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find. Try again to play one of these sims and see whether you get a new LE. (You might not, but it's worth checking.) If you do see an LE, open it, delete the first line of text, and attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
