Can I retrieve my Sims 4? (Logged into account, haven't played it since 2020)

Question

I haven't played my Sims 4 game in nearly five years. Just for context, I originally played the game on a different laptop that was disposed of years ago (I know, a bit wreckless considering how much I enjoy it, but I have learned my lesson there).

I was wondering if it's possible for me to access my old Sims 4 game on my new (current) laptop somehow. It meets the game's requirements, and I logged into my EA account today, so the access side of things is good to go. I really don't want to start from scratch, because I loved my sims AND I have several packs attached to it.

If you log in on your account on the ea app you should be able to download sims and its packs from there, however make sure to login in the account you had sims installed on otherwise your packs are a goner.

9e08d3df0ad72189&nbsp; To be clear, any content you bought from EA should still be available on your EA account.&nbsp; But your saves, saved households and builds, and other user data were stored locally on your old computer, so you won't be able to retrieve the files.&nbsp; On the other hand, if you uploaded your sims or lots to the Gallery, they should still be available under the same username.
