aleks70de The deal between Steam and EA for Sims 4 is, to outside observers at least, nothing like the deal for Sims 3, which happened a long time ago and may even predate Sims 3 requiring Origin to use. EA wasn't putting new games in Steam for a long time and then relented only a few years ago, and what you see with Sims 4 is the result.
