Steam sims 4 with EA app DLC (different account)

I have some troubles for playing The SIms4.

I bought The Sims4 with Origin(now EA app) using my mother's account about 10 years ago.

And now, I got some main game and some DLCs with Steam.

I downloaded main game through Steam(my account).

And also downloaded DLCs through EA apps (mother's account).

But the game runs my EA app account automatically.  Also can't fine DLCs in game.

(I downloaded EA DLCs to \Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4 )

After exit the game, EA app is also changed to my account.

Is there Any way to play all the DLCs I've got??
