subinj06​  You can only play with DLC from two accounts that are linked.  It sounds like your Steam and EA accounts are linked to each other, which means that you'd have access to anything those two owned but not the content on your mother's account.

The EA App is switching to your account because of the link between your EA and Steam accounts.  This is normal and by design.
