Hello,i’ve been playing tsm 4 like a week using the dx11 and suddenly today i cant pass through the loading screen when i want to load my game. And it forced me to changed it to dx9 to make it work. anybody can help with this issue?

Community ManagerHello Juan110106, do you have any mods or CCs? If so, please remove them while we try to figure out what's wrong!
As a first step, I recommend backing up the Sims 4 folder and resetting the game. I also suggest restoring your save files only when the game works as intended.
If resetting The Sism 4 didn't work, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
You may also want to consider doing a clean install of your PC's graphics drivers.
Just download the latest ones (usually Nvidia, AMD, or even Intel), and when installing, choose the full /custom installation. You should then have an option to do a "Clean Install."
Try these steps, and let us know if the problem is gone!
