The advisor can't contact me

Hello

I found a lot of duplicate purchases (bundles) on the list I bought the day before yesterday. I thought I should get a refund. So I've been trying to contact the advisor since yesterday. But when I heard that my case had been filed, there was no contact and nothing left in the "My Cases" compartment. Is there a way for me to solve this?

Sorry. If I did a good search, I would have found a case similar to mine, but since it's a non-English language, I don't know what to say about the search, so I'm writing a new one. Also, I apologize for any awkwardness because it is a phrase using a translator.

      Oh, I solved it. I made a contact without logging in with Edge, not Chrome. Thank you for your help.
