The advisor can't contact me

I found a lot of duplicate purchases (bundles) on the list I bought the day before yesterday. I thought I should get a refund. So I've been trying to contact the advisor since yesterday. But when I heard that my case had been filed, there was no contact and nothing left in the "My Cases" compartment. Is there a way for me to solve this?
