The game shows a white screen and freezes when you try to minimize.

The game displays a white screen when minimized or when the resolution changes, and it won't stay open. Has anyone had this problem? I have updated my drives, the game, etc., and it still stays white and freezes up, where I have to restart my computer completely. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem?

CintoriaLashay Do you still need help with this? If so, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
