I am having the same problem. Glad I'm not the only one.
I purchased from a third party and redeemed the code as soon as I got it earlier today. I've done the same for many packs and never had a problem. It's not showing as owned on the EA app or on my add-ons BUT when I look in-game, it shows as purchased but it says I have to download it... That's been done already!! I wonder if it will be active from a certain time?
I purchased from a third party too and have never had a problem before. It's crossed my mind that maybe the download will become active at a certain time but it should still show in our library as purchased should it not?
There is currently an issue where it appears that you can start the download. If you click download it will start and then give an error. It appears that it will continue trying until the Expansion is released.
That makes sense but for me it wont show as purchased even though in game it says I own it. I'm hoping once it hits 10am PDT like you've said and it is released that the app will refresh and show as owned in my library. so I can then attempt downloading!
