The sims 4 not launching

Question

Hello!So for the past few weeks I had an issue with my sims 4. Whenever I try to open it, it seemingly launches, but only for a few seconds when you can see a white screen and then it crashes. EA app still registers that TS4 is launched though. I've read through some of the discussion here, but could't find any answers. I tried everything (restart, repair, reinstall), and I also tried to put the TS4 folder from documents on desktop, but nothing helped. My TS3 is working, but TS2 sends error "D3DERR_INVALIDCALL", so I am not sure, if these are connected or not. I also checked my drivers, but nothing comes up for update. I am attaching DxDiag below. Or disable the Intel iGPU, or put the laptop into night mode before launching the game.&nbsp; It's unclear why some workarounds help some players and not others, but at least one of these should help you.
