The Sims 4 won't launch on Steam Deck. NO MODS/CCs

the "preparing game" still appeared but then crashed and go straight to menu. tried  all of the "solutions" on google. (including,"verify integrity of game files", change the proton system from proto...

i'm having the same issue. but on Steam Deck. the issue occurred after the update last week. Tried everything, but nothing works. i thought the most recent update would fix it, but noooo, still having the same problem. i did open TS4 on my PC (Steam), and it launched with no problem at all. But ever since i got a Steam Deck, i love playing games on my Deck. i hope EA will fix it soon.
