I am trying to update my game, but after clearing my cache and restarting the app and my computer, I can't download the update. It will get to 12-17% and then say I have an unnamed program blocking the download. I have no other programs open that are not typically running(checked via task manager), and I am now reaching out for help here.
StarGirl237 If you run a third-party antivirus, please disable it, temporarily, to see whether that helps. This kind of issue is usually antivirus-related.
You can also try repairing rather than updating, which will accomplish the same thing.
If the above doesn't help, please clear the EA App's cache, restart your computer, and try again.
