Same here, I have an ATi 5770 - should this not be up-to-date enough for Sims 4?
I'm having the exact same problem with the Radeon HD 5770. The card should run the game. 1GB of dedicated memory, and the newest drivers installed. I'm worried this means there will be problems with the real game when I get it.

OMG! I am the same way! I use Mobile Intel (R) 945 Express Family Chipset and I know the game can run with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator and I just got it up to date, of course that's as far as I can go on updating my video card! But I can play The Sims 3 just fine, so I wonder why The Sims 4 Create A Sim Demo won't run then! I'm worried for the game too and other Fellow Simmers with this problem too!

Your graphics drivers are from 2012. There should be newer ones. Go tot he AMD website to updated instead of through Steam.
