"Welcome to (pack)" pop-ups reappearing every time I open the game.

g83nsvplt670​  What antivirus do you use, and does it help to disable it (temporarily of course)?  Is OneDrive running on your computer, and if so, does it help to pause syncing?  It sounds like the game can't write to ReticulatedSplinesView, at least after creating it, and therefore can't register that you've already seen these pop-ups.
