Update Crashes Neighbor visit

Was not able to visit Neighbors. After the update, it offered a login to my EA account in-game. So I logged in using Facebook the same way I am logged in to use the neighbors boat to visit other Sim FreePlay towns. I had a Sim in another town completing a task. When I tried to visit it would fade out like it was going and then would go back to my town, location of lead Sim character. Trying a second time after that causes the game to crash.
I’m using iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.3.2 haven’t updated to 18.4.1 yet. 
I repeated this several times even after a forced game restart. I need tech-support to tell me whether I should erase my cloud back up from 21 hours ago so I can save a new cloud back up and maybe do a reinstall. Not happy!

I’ll update on further testing I do.

    I had simular issue. Try access the other town through the Party Boat, not using the Sim tracker - that worked for me

    I’m also having a similar issue. Biggest difference is it routes me to the community market rather than the neighbor. 

    I tried the party boat access vs the sim tracker and it worked fine that way. Thanksminicha-em​ !

    I have a similar issue on Android, using my Samsung A53 since last update.

    Visiting Neighbors, via tracker or boat takes a few trys before opening neighbor's town.

    I also find that the app crashes often trying to move from house to house within a neighbor's town.

    I’ve tried via sim tracker & the party boat and it’s still not working!

    got this from EA WEBSITE Haven’t tried it yet but this is for you in case you haven’t seen it ..it’s been difficult to locate responses from EA  but here it

    We have an update available now to resolve the issue.

     

    Follow these steps to apply it:

    1. Update the app to version 5.92.2 via your app store.
    2. Start the updated game—it may load slowly at first. Please wait until it's fully playable for the update to take effect.
    3. Exit the app, then reopen it. This will implement the fix.
    4. Your load times and game performance should return to normal.

    We appreciate your patience while we worked to solve this issue.
