Hi Simmers,
Since the last update, some players have reported longer load times and an increase in lag. Thank you for that feedback.
We have an update available now to resolve the issue.
Follow these steps to apply it:
- Update the app to version 5.92.2 via your app store.
- Start the updated game—it may load slowly at first. Please wait until it's fully playable for the update to take effect.
- Exit the app, then reopen it. This will implement the fix.
- Your load times and game performance should return to normal.
We appreciate your patience while we worked to solve this issue.
