Ok, after ABT 5 or so games I finally got it back, but I can't equip stuff to my legends, for example, I can't change badges on octane. My stuff from octanes spotlight pass didn't go through even though I have levels of it unlocked now, the packs are loading in weird, I got a legendary smg gun pack, and the item I got from it was a legendary Mirage emote, and even though it says I have all of the points done for the even badges, it's not giving them to me, and my dailies and 7th anniversary challanges have still not reset.
Having the same problem. I can't even buy packs or unlock skins for my characters when it finally does let me access them. Can't equip badges...nothing. Ridiculous.
