keithstro If the PC was previously owned by someone else, then it sounds like a HWID ban.
A HWID ban, (also known as "Hardware Identification ban"), is a type of ban that bans the components of a system, (such as the PC's GPU, CPU, etc.)
As a result, if the game detects a banned component, it will automatically ban the player's account, (even if no cheats were being used).
Sadly however, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.
