Guns still not shooting tried restarting still can’t play, is it a bug or apex?

Any Guns I pick up just aren’t firing and I can’t throw any projectiles either. I can’t play apex I am pretty sure it’s a bug, I tried restarting my pc and it’s still happening  . I just got apex legends and was so confused when my guns weren’t shooting.
