Exactly and I was in live chat for around 45 minutes and wasted my time with stupid questions from their text book and then went on to tell me that everything was working fine and there’s nothing they can do.
Basically due to the recent update of ash moving from being an assault legend to a skirmisher has completely ruined the spotlight pass for her.
The challenge that requires you to get an epic or higher tier hop up which is necessary to finish the pass is impossible to do as she can no longer open the extra compartment on assault loot bins.
Also in the store when you go to buy the spotlight it promises a “Legendary SMG pack” but after you buy it and do the challenges you actually get a shotgun pack and I only noticed this after I opened it and was completely disappointed as I already have really nice skins for shotguns and I lack smg skins as one of the reasons I bought the spotlight.
so basically if your thinking about buying the spotlight I would hold off for the time being as it’s impossible to finish and you get the incorrect packs.

Same issue with ash pass.
So this past update revenant got changed to a assault class instead of skirmisher and I own revs spotlight pass but one of his quest was a class perk of scanning a care package and opening it as rev the problem is that now he is an assault class and can't use that perk therefore I'm unable to complete my quest. And on top of that according to my track I've been due heirloom shards I believe is 100 somethings packs ago.
Me too I’ve been having the same issue. I just want to open the legendary skin. Please resolve this issue quick as possible ea.
The same problem. You can complete it without waiting for a fix by completing a daily mission that gives you 2 points, but it will take 3 days and that's sad.
It's a pity that they don't immediately pay attention to it.
