Have the badges been distributed? Because I havnt gotten my last year's badge.
last EAhelper Adviso ask players to wait for 24 hours that has not been distributed. Can u l Help me out with that?

It has been over a year since I partaked in ALGS. I specifically played in the "Challenger Circuit 3" in July of last year. I've talked to ALGS Player management and Battlefy support, They said I should have received the badge when the competitive year has ended. Then when it ended, I still haven't received it months after the year ended. I came to EA support before over it before, I've talked to multiple Advisers, they said that we're gonna look into fixing it but both didn't. I perfectly met the requirements to receive it as well. Why I haven't received the badge yet?
