Soldier skins appearing completely shadowed in customization

When viewing soldier skins in the menu, specifically when your swapping their skins, the model will appear completely dark and shadowed. All of their skins will be affected by this bug. This only happens to the squads that were introduced into the game post-launch (ie: 323, Panopticon 8, Task Force Vector, Strix Raiders, etc), the base game soldiers are unaffected.

I don't know the exact trigger for it, but it happens when I'm viewing various skins of theirs, the bug happens regardless whether I own the skin or not. It only goes away on either game restart or entering a match, but can come back anyway. Here's some examples.
