Can’t play

Hello EA Support,

My EA Sports FC 26 game crashes instantly on launch, going straight back to the EA App. I purchased the game via Steam and also tried accessing it through EA Play Pro, but it still didn’t work.

I have already tried the following local troubleshooting steps on multiple devices (PC and ASUS ROG Ally):

1. Verified Steam game files
2. Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat
3. Cleared EA App cache
4. Updated NVIDIA drivers
5. Ran Steam and EA App as Administrator
6. Disabled Windows 11 Memory Integrity (Core Isolation)
7. Applied digital certificates to FC26.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe
8. Offline profile reconstruction by deleting %localappdata%\EA SPORTS FC 26 and launching offline
9. AdapterLuid registry fix for GPU recognition: created HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DirectX\ShaderCache\AdapterLuid = 0
10. Repaired Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributables (x86 and x64)

Important context:

• This happens on multiple devices, including my PC and ASUS ROG Ally
• My friend’s EA account works on the same devices
• This strongly suggests the issue is specific to my EA account or entitlement

Please check my EA account license and entitlement, and reauthorize my account so I can launch FC 26.
