Thank you to everyone who shared their details. In less than 24 hours, we already have 20+ confirmed reports from different platforms and divisions showing the same issue.

This clearly indicates a recurring account-related issue that has been ongoing since October/November. We ask the EA Support and Community teams to review this thread, escalate it for proper investigation, and provide an official update.

We are waiting for a concrete response.
