Has the Classic XI and national team player

Has the Classic XI and national team player glitch in “edit teams” been fixed?

There have been more than a 1000 reports from the community that we are unable to transfer specific players from team A to team B (a core mechanic of FIFA/FC that has always worked perfectly fine) without causing duplicates and corrupted team sheets.

I understand that single-player modes are the least of your concern, but being unable to make transfers before a career save or a tournament is completely unacceptable. We’re really not asking for much.
