I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. I have attached some pictures about it and I would truly appreciate some help with this matter since it’s truly affecting my progress in the game.

    Same issue here,i hope they answer us i cannot open packs anymore

    Guys i have not been olaying for the last 2 weeks and once i reopened the game it says i have 3 evolutions to redeem there is still one that is forbidding me to open packs while stating that there is a problem woth servers. Any tips or has anyone occured the same problem and if yes can anyone help me how to clear this evolution cosmetic from the store so i can open packs again? Thanks.

    I play on PS5. Today, I logged in around 21:30, to my surprise I had a lot of rewards to redeem. I was able to open all of them and redeem almost everything, but when I got to an Evolution I tried to redeem it and it said “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later”. I tried many times, same message keeps coming up. I quit the game, and turned off the PS5. Nothing has helped so far and I can’t open anything else due to this staying there or rewards pending to redeem. I tried redeeming it on the companion app and the web app, a very similar message kept popping up and nothing I did helped. I uploaded pictures about it!

    PLEAE HELP!
