SP Counter Stuck at 10,000 Despite Reaching Season Pass Level 18

The SP (Season Points) counter displayed at the top of the screen is frozen at 10,000 and does not increase, even though my Season Pass level has reached 18. This means I have earned at least 18,000 SP (since each level requires 1,000 SP), but the counter has not moved from 10,000.
